How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment has been received.

* The next business delivery day is applied from the time that Australia Post actually picks up your parcel at our warehouse. We do not guarantee or make any claims of same day dispatch even for express post orders. We may still take 1-3 business days to dispatch your order. If your order is urgent, pls call and confirm the likely dispatch time before placing your order.
* Please note that Australia Post has suspended guaranteed next day delivery. Express shipping will take priority over standard shipping, however there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered the following business day.
