Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies - 30ml
There’s nothing better than cuddling a puppy! Keep your snuggles safe by regularly treating your pup for gastrointestinal worms.
Why do you have to worm puppies?
- It’s important to worm your puppy from two weeks of age to maintain their health and yours. Puppies can pick up worms from other puppies, their environment or their mum. If left untreated, these worms can affect your puppy’s growth or spread to other family members.
- Regular worming using Drontal® Puppy Suspension keeps roundworms, hookworms and whipworms at bay in puppies and other small dogs.
Drontal®: the best puppy allwormer
- Drontal® Puppy Suspension is a convenient liquid wormer that makes it easy to dose a wriggly, playful puppy. It’s fast and effective and safe to use from two weeks of age, keeping even the tiniest pups safe, right from the start.
- When your puppy is old enough, combine your puppy allwormer with flea and tick and heartworm prevention to control all parasites in your pet. Drontal® Puppy Suspension does not control tapeworms or heartworm.

Retreatment
Worms often reinfest pups so it is necessary to:
- treat the puppy itself and all other in contact dogs,
- reduce the environmental contamination by daily disposal of droppings.
It is recommended that puppies be treated as follows:
- 2 weeks of age and then at 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age
- after 12 weeks of age every month until 6 months of age
- thereafter every 3 months.
If whipworm is a problem, treat every 6-8weeks.
Once your puppy is 6 months of age, it may be more convenient to use Drontal® for Small Dogs or Drontal® for Medium Dogs.
